Residents
Create and share guest passes in seconds
See which guests are expected, inside or gone
Revoke or reissue a pass before it is used
Visitor access for residential communities
Residents create single-use, time-bound QR passes in seconds. Guards verify them in explicit Entry or Exit mode, and every decision is recorded for the community.
One product, three roles
Residents, security guards and community admins each get a focused workspace in any modern browser. A native Android app for residents and guards is in final release testing.
A resident picks a unit, a guest label and a time window. The QR pass admits one entry and records one exit, and then it is spent.
Guards choose the mode before they scan. A second camera frame can never turn an entry into an exit, and the mode never switches by itself.
Admitted, exited, denied or unable to verify: each with its own colour, icon and words, announced to screen readers.
When the network or server cannot confirm a pass, the guard sees “Unable to verify — access not granted”. Nothing is admitted offline.
Manage units, gates, residents and guards, see who is inside now, close a visit manually with a reason and adjust community settings.
Every scan and every admin change is recorded in order. Admins export visit reports for a date range as spreadsheet-safe CSV.
Save regular visitors, such as family or a cleaner, as templates. Each use issues a fresh pass with a new QR code.
A resident linked to more than one unit chooses which unit hosts each guest.
The whole interface is available in three languages, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic.
How it works
No guest account and no guest app: just a QR code on a phone or on paper.
Choose the unit, the guest's name, an optional vehicle plate and the time window the pass is valid.
The resident shares the QR code with the guest, on screen, as an image or printed.
In Entry mode the server checks the pass in a single database transaction and the guard sees the verdict.
In Exit mode the visit is closed and its duration recorded. The pass cannot be used again.

Native apps
The same accounts and the same rules as the web app, which every role can use today. The guard app is built to keep the camera ready and never to guess when the network is down.

The install link will be published here once the release is verified.
Until then, residents and guards can use the web app.
Security by design
Access decisions are made by the server, inside the database, every time.
Each scan runs in one database transaction with row locks, so two guards scanning the same pass cannot both admit it.
QR tokens are random and stored only as keyed hashes. They never appear in logs or exports.
Sessions live on the server and can be ended at once, for example when a guard's phone is lost.
Scan events and admin actions are written in the same transaction as the change and are never edited.
FAQ
No. The guest only needs the QR code, on a phone screen or on paper. Accounts are for residents, guards and administrators.
No. A pass admits one entry and records one exit. After the guest has left, scanning the same pass for entry is denied as already used.
The scanner fails closed: it shows “Unable to verify — access not granted” and admits no one. There is no offline list of valid passes, so the guard follows your community's own procedure.
Leaving is always allowed: an exit scan closes the visit even after the pass window has ended. Admins can see open visits that run longer than the community's overstay limit.
